Reporting
A flash report is sent after each visit that provides overview of the visit. Exit calls can also be made if required.
Our QC stages highlight any potential issues.
- A technical review is conducted on 100% of visit reports prior to release to the Client.
- Monitoring of NCR’s and Punch lists to ensure closure.
- The Office will review of the Inspection Release Note against the Purchase Order
- Monthly Status Reports can be generated to identify performance against the agreed contract Service Level Agreements.
